Ellora-Julie is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Al Futtaim Group, a highly diversified, privately held regional business headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating in Automotive, Real Estate, Retail, Financial Services and Healthcare. The company employs over 33,000 individuals across more than 20 countries in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa and partners with over 200 of the world’s most admired and innovative brands.

Ms Parekh started her career in the telecommunications industry and before her role at Al Futtaim Group, she spent 16 years at McKinsey, serving clients worldwide and building a global cross-industry competence centre on Sustainability. She currently serves as Non-Executive Director (NED) for Youth Business International, a leading organisation for global youth entrepreneurship.

Parekh holds an MBA from Wharton in the US and an Engineering degree from Centrale-Supelec in France.
