Scherezade Tarar is a distinguished professional in the field of education, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Professional Development & Research at Beaconhouse School System. With a rich career spanning over a decade, she has held several key positions in the organisation. Ms Tarar’s expertise in educational leadership and policy is grounded in her diverse academic background, which includes an MSc in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford, an MS in Teaching & Curriculum from Syracuse University, and an MS in Accounting & Finance from Kinnaird College for Women. A Fulbright Scholar and Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholar, her work focuses on enhancing educational practices and policies. She has contributed significantly to school improvement initiatives and professional development. 

Ms Tarar co-authored a book on Pakistan’s educational landscape and is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Social Sciences.
